Okay, so I'm posting because I don't want to study and because I don't want this blog to die.
Yay for aliveness!
Anyway the class party.
So it's decided that it will be in the Sept Hols!
So -
Date- sometime in the sept hols (which seems like something from 5 sept to 13 sept. I must be the only loser who doesn't keep track of the holidays)
Time - Hopefully a time where it's not too sunny guys, or
the Venue - Better be some kind of shady place.

So, decide.
I think we should go by days rather than dates because people usually plan what they do on days of the week rather than dates.
A day that most people can make it. And also, what are we going to do?? Just talk? and eat (hopefully)?

6.6! it's been a while! (:

anyway, i think we've been waiting for about 4 months now, so it's about time we have that class partay that we want, as well as the class hoodie.

i'm so proud of this blog for not dying!

anyway, how about 10th august (mon) which is a public holiday cos it's the day after national day (which is on a sunday, so we get a hol in lieu)? HEEHEE :D any ideas on where to go? let's not go somewhere too popular, cos i know there'll be lots of people there if it's a public hol.

and regarding the hoodie, i found another place that prints.

So I said I would post huh? I really really do not want this blog to die out. Six-six oh Eight is very important to more than just one person, I would think.
So, No one is going to founder's day except those who were invited and those who are performing. Bummer. I really wanted to go, but there aren't enough people to make one table. But! Apparently my mom says that the deadline on the form isn't the actual dead line, so maybe if we rush-rush enough, we can all still go! So If anyone still comes here... just leave a tag....
Really not much to post. But then, it's refreshing to have something new to read rather than just the old posts. I really tried to make it long but right now it's just before dinner and I am very very hungry, so this is the pathetic length of the post. Yup. Have a happy term 3.

anyway, you know for the class hoodie? i found a cheaper one. but for this one, you have to buy your own hoodies and send it to the shop for printing cause they don't sell hoodies. i am not very sure where to buy the hoodies from, but if one of you know, then can you tell me? or buy it and then send them from printing?

DETAILS FOR THE PARTAY! (subject to change)

time: the third week of hols (14-20 june)
venue: probably botanic gardens and/or jacob ballas children's garden (if you have other suggestions, please say!)

and also, we don't want this partay to be ultimate fail like the previous one, so here are some minimum must-haves:

1. at least 3/7 of the girls who left MG
2. at least 3/4 of the girls still in MG

which means that there will should be an attendance of at least 24 people (right? my maths SUCKS).

if possible, it'll be on MONDAY.

please let the 7 people no longer in MG know!

after talking about it for AGES, i think it's about time we actually get started on our hoodie.

okay, so i thought that maybe we could have a drawing of wally (our beloved class pet rock) with a speech bubble that says "cos we rock". and yes, 'cos' we rock. not just 'we rock'.

either that OR we could have just (in nice handwriting- aly's?) i heart sixsix'08 (the heart being a heart. yeah).

I LOVE THE WALLY IDEA. I WOULD SO WEAR IT EVERYWHERE (:

as for the colour, i propose white. since claire gan says that it'll be cheaper with less colours:

black (outline of wally + words + speech bubble)= one colour
grey (colouring of wally + possibly a slogan/bible verse)= another colour.

and that's $25, if i'm not mistaken.

so show of hands, who's interested? oh shoot. i mean, show of tags. i'm just too accustomed to saying 'show of hands'.

Hello this is Claudia! Today was the 6.6 reunion. And it was fun even if didn't talk much... loss to all of you who weren't there! Hm, there'll be a better one planned in June, I'm sure, and I hope it's in an air-conditioned place...

Anyway here are some pictures (not in order) -

Yeah, it was really fun. Bernadette brought muffins which were really good, there was truth, dare, double dare, promise or pick, m&ms, and the like... I brought madeleines (don't know how to spell) which were baked this morning (batter was made last night) because it's better to eat them fresh... Yeah. Bern tagged that they were good, so that means something :) happy you ate it...

Most memorable. Refreshing to see those that went to RG even though they're not in my clique (the strange one... remember?). I'm not happy with Claire Tay (CiT) who stayed home to read Alex Rider. Hm. Nevermind, what's done is done, hopefully the next reunion will be much, much more successful with more people.

who can meet up on may 1st, friday? it's labour day and a PUBLIC HOLIDAY.

it would be really cool if we could go somewhere and then go to someone's house as well, but i don't know if that's possible.

also, i know this is damn childish- but have you all been to the jacob ballas' children's garden? it's fun :D and the terms & conditions include that no adult is allowed in without a child under 12. not the other way round. poor adults who have like, 5 kids.

anyway, so if you like, maybe we could do botanic gardens.

and we could have a picnic in that big place by the pond thingy. and feed the turtles.

YAY!

and i'm so excited about the class hoodie, cos our dance jacket turned out awesome. also, regarding the hoodie:
- my suggestion is that it's made white, not a coloured basecolour
- not the design of the class tee
- in my opinion, it shouldn't have a drawing of each of us. it should just be like an awesome heart beside sixsix'08 then we can have some slogan or whatever under it
- IT SHOULD TOTALLY HAVE A HOOD!

for the pullover/hoodie thing we have been talking about, the cost depends on how many colours....

for a class of lets say 30 (if some people dun wanna buy) and using 2-3 colours, then it will be around $25 ( we can just get a coloured hoodie and then just get them to print on it with 2 colours). But if you want more colours, then it may cost up to around $48 ++

so yeah, if you guys are still keen on the idea, then we should start designing and stuff XD

HEY 6.6!!

yes, i know ,i'm posting again.... but i just feel really i duno bored and stuff and i and i really really miss you guys!

so here are two songs one by demi lovato, called 'get back'. its like i wanna get back to the old days where we were in class and well, laughing with lao shi or preparing for PSLE! at that point in time, i was always, ' OMGOMGOMG i can't wait for PSLE to end, but then now, i kinda want to get back to that time! its not that i miss the studying or anything, i just miss sitting together with whoever we wanted to, and my old seat which was nice in the back corner while now i am right in front, with my table TOUCHING the teacher's desk!

and the other is'heaven is a place on Earth' by ashley tisdale and some other artists.... i don't really know why i out it in.. there isn't any real meaning thing, i just like the tune!

anyway, the gd friday get-together thingy is off right? unless we can miraculously get a place to meet up, call the WHOLE 6.6, get them to RSVP and organise the food and everything in like 4 days, then i don't think so... sigh, then how are we going to meet up??!!?

It's March holidays! Everyone loaded with work?

i just realised that i am posting more often on this blog then my own blog! lol... anyway, today during philo it was really funny! cause using some habits of mind worksheet, we had to pick one for our weakness and one for our strengths, so we went around in a circle. and when it was aly's turn, she picked something more her weakness, i can't really remember. but for her strength, she picked finding humour or something along the lines of it. she was like, " i smile a lot and laugh a lot" something like that but then a few weeks before, she was like" I've never smiled in my childhood!" lol.... MG cross country

Personally I dont really like running.

In fact I kind of hate it.

Cross country was a 3.3 km jog... walk. I prayed for rainy/ cool weather ( it was only until much later that I hard CG say that you are forced to run in the rain), but it didn't quite happen.

It was SUNNY.

Well, for those of you who don't know, I actually really hate hot and humid weather. Especially when there's alot of SUN.
Actually for me it was mostly walking, jogging, walking, then sprinting. After that though, we got to cool down at McDonalds.Only after the entire event, of course...

I wonder if there's cross country for other schools....

Anyway, there isn't much going on in MG as of now, except just tonight there was this super boring Arts Appreciation thing that we had to go to, and wear a long skirt for. Long as in near the knees. Three fingers above the knees minimum. Anyway it was sooo boring and I fell asleep. Naturally.

hey everyone!!

ok, nothing mush has been happening in school so far.... well, except for the whole History with Ho experience and the bird thingy.... hehe

but on the last lesson Ho had in mg, some 1G girls went to 1T where they were having lessons and we had a free period cause Mr Wee(lol) was not in school. so when we went in, claudia sat on su yen's seat, next to cit and then the rest either shared seats or sat at the back. and then when Ho turned around, he was like " why are there so many people?" and then this is the funny part, he asked cit and cut, " hey, you look really similar, are you related?"(something like that) SOOOO FUNNY!! i mean isn'y it obvious that they are twins? i mean Mrs Pandian/Ms Ng i cant exactly remember, on one of the first few days of school, when they went from 1T to 1G, one of them said something like"hey claire, what are you doing here?'

so well, yeah...

COMMON TESTS ARE OVER!! REJOICE!!

haha, now only mid-year left, lucky for those RGS girls who don't have mid-years!

Yeah I still don't know how to spell his name. Anyway is there some unspoken word so not as to talk about this or post or whatever?? I expected that everyone would be posting ," I can't believe it!!" or "How could they? Is this how they treat their seniors??" Something like that, yeah..

I actually think that the chalet idea is really great but will it be with or without parental supervision? I'd prefer without, more "freedom" of sorts but you know, it IS safer with parents.

And if its in the June Hols won't there be a lot of people going overseas? Just a thought.

I hope it wors out though... Perhaps a 2-day public holiday would be better?

How's everyone at their new schools? Most of us remained at MGS, and ended up in the two SBC classes. I don't know, but to me all the teachers seem to be saying that we're going to be stressed. Although, the Individualised Study Option sounds pretty fun (:

To those who don't already know, the canteen has really changed! Chicken Rice is now $2.00, because the portion is so much bigger. Anyway, I eat the same thing everyday. Chicken Rice. And the Iced Milo really really.... Ugh. Anyway. What I mean is, don't drink it. Unless you're desperate.
